Therapy Practice Specializing in
Relationship Therapy and Trauma Processing

Does your current life or relationship feel burdened with the past? Maybe it's the childhood you experienced.  Maybe your past relationship trauma is creeping into your current relationship and you're not sure how to fix the feelings that well up in you. Maybe the tensions and stressors with your partner make you question whether things are beyond repair.

You don’t have to go through it alone.

Gottman Level 2 Certified Relationship Therapist:

Whether you’re just starting to combine lives and want to discuss finances and future plans, or whether you’ve been together for years and stuck in gridlock and wondering if you’ll ever get back to the connected feeling you used to have, therapy is a safe place to process what's going on.

If your current relationship is making you feel unseen, unheard, and undervalued, I'd love to help you. Let's get those recurring communication patterns and conflict unstuck, so you can both get your needs met. Beneath the fights about dishes or who takes out the trash are clues about unmet needs for both of you. I'm not here to judge or take sides. I'm here to help you both explore your needs and communicate them to your partner in ways that help you de-escalate and connect

More peace. More connection.

Trauma-Informed Individual Therapy:

Maybe you’re struggling to figure out who you are and what you need, because your childhood experience didn’t honor your emotions and you didn’t get the loving support you deserved.  Do emotions feel harder for you than you want? Defining what you need and communicating it to others in constructive ways? Do your feelings ever hijack your brain and make you act in ways you don't quite understand?  Let's explore together.

If you're processing religious trauma and need a safe place to figure out your identity (outside of your childhood family or controlling institutions that made decisions for you), let's talk.

More peace. More connection.

Therapy can look a lot of different ways: Telehealth sessions, in-person, or walk-and-talks in Deep Run park. We can do weekly 60-min sessions, bi-weekly 90-minute sessions, or 3-5 hour intensives that deep dive into trauma-processing or relationship work -- or perhaps another structure completely tailored to you. Let's talk.
