Below are resources to learn more about common topics with my clients. If there's a resource that's been helpful to you not listed here, I'd love to hear about it. While books can't entirely replace the human element of therapy, it is an important way to delve deeper into topics you're processing... expand understanding between sessions... and democratize mental health for people who may not have access. I love hearing what my clients are reading, and often add them to my own bookshelf.

Breakups can bring trauma, grief, and a sense of initial hopelessness that you might ever feel better. No book or other resource can solve all of the processing a romantic rupture may bring, but may help you as you sort through the ending and new beginnings ahead of you.
